The Cottage:
This charming Chappaquiddick Cottage was designed for the vacationer in mind. The home features a furnished wrap-around deck to enjoy the quiet natural surrounds of the island and a charcoal Weber Grille for your culinary delights. The enclosed outdoor shower is guaranteed to be a summer memory! Sunlight streams through palladium windows into a great room with earth friendly Bamboo floors. A well appointed family room with bar area has an ice maker, mini fridge, a 54' LCD TV with DVD player, and high speed internet. The dining area seats 8 and is situated by full-length windows with a wonderful garden view.  For the cooler evenings you might light the wood stove.  The quaint tiled kitchen and breakfast nook is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and ice maker plus all the accessories needed to enjoy your summer fare.
The first floor bathroom provides a washer and dryer. On this floor are two bedrooms the larger master has a built in nautical style bed with a pillow top queen size mattress and the 2nd bedroom has a double size bed.
The second floor, up a spiral stairway is a spacious loft for added play, work, or sleep. The upstairs bedroom has two twin beds and closet. Also, a full bathroom.

The Barn:
The property has available a barn to store all your nautical gear, coolers, and bikes!

The Guest House:
A private guest house for smaller parties or extra guests may be available (4 maximum) Please call for information.
Larger parties can be accommodated with neighboring homes which we can arrange.

The Private Beach:
Less than one minute down the toad brings you to your own private 4-acre beach on the beautiful Nantucket Sound and Caleb's Pond, both are excellent for kayaking, sailing or sunbathing! A short distance (less than 4 minutes) provides easy access to Chappy's ocean beaches and the Chappaquiddick Community Center.

Infant crib, two baby gates for the spiral staircase, vacuum, outdoor shower, new tiled bathroom and kitchen, satellite TV/music, 3 ceiling fans, and guest house available upon request.
