 The Chappy Treehouse is a one bedroom cottage snuggled within thirteen acres of the Forest Meadow preserve. A private path leads you to this sun drenched (5 skylights) get-away. It is a perfect spot for a couple, honeymooners or those with small children looking for the charm, quiet and safety of Chappaquiddick. Just less than 1/2 mile from your private four acre beach, within a mile to the Chappy Ferry. You'll have miles of sandy beaches to discover, along with hiking and biking on one of the east coast's most treasured spots. Access to Edgartown and the main land is just a quick two minute ferry away on the Chappy Ferry (www.chappyferry.com).
***In May 2007 a 19x11 three season enclosed screened in porch was completed. It is a charming, fully furnished and private room with a queen size futon. Totally Chappy!!!
The Treehouse Cottage is a fully appointed cottage with:

We will rent the Treehouse for long weekends in April, May, June & September
Just minutes away is the Chappy Community Center providing summer activities for all ages. Some activities include: movie night, concerts, yoga, a summer fair, swimming and sailing lessons. The CCC is a perfect spot to gather to meet other children and enjoy these summer activities.
The Trustees of the Reservation at the Dyke Bridge schedule daily canoing, kayaking, bird watching and sightseeing tours. The lovely Mytoi Garden is just a bike ride away. This garden features tranquil walks thru books, streams and exquisite landscapes along a shady path providing a nice respite from the sun and beach.
A 14 foot Hobie-Cat sailboat and 2 Kyacks are available during you stay. They are all kept at our beach....Call for availability and pricing
