Currently we have two cottages available. The Chappy Cottage is a short walk to our private 4 acre beach and the Tree House is less than half a mile away.  Both properties have access to our private four acre beach and are great vacation options!  Unlike many rental properties on the island, the Chappy Cottage and Tree house are very close to the Ferry to Edgartown as you can see in the map below.

It should be noted that Google Maps is several hundred feet off with it's markers.  The addresses in the linked image above have been adjusted to help prevent confusion about the actual location of the Chappy Cottage and Tree House.  The purple hilighted roads above indicate how to drive to each property.  Do not follow the directions on Google Maps or Mapquest since several roads that appear on Google Maps and Mapquest no longer exist.   Webquish Ave,  Pease Ave, and parts of Handy Ave have been over grown for years and are little more than paths through the woods today.
